Paul E. Conner, 93, of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021, in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

Paul was born January 16, 1928. He was retired from the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. with 45 years of service as a crane operator. Paul was a Veteran of the US Navy and a member of the Steubenville American Legion.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Evelyn Virginia (Burgy) Conner in 1964; his second wife, Joann (Bates) Conner in 2020; his son, Danny Conner in 2013.

Paul leaves behind his son, Edward Conner and daughter, Connie Conner both of Weirton, WV, and daughter, Paula Conner of North Carolina; twenty-five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, Sept. 17 from 1 to 3 pm and 5 to 7 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, where his funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 am. Rev.
