Paul A. Quinlan 80 of Toronto, Ohio died Tuesday March 30, 2004 in Trinity Medical Center West. Paul was born Nov. 24, 1923 in Toronto, Ohio; son of the late Reginald and Amelia Quinlan. Paul was a retired Driver for the Weir-Cove Moving and Storage Co. in Weirton, W. Va., retiring in 1986. He was a former employee of the Union Clay Co., where he was a General Superintendent and Perless Clay Co. as Office Manager for 6 years. Paul was part owner of the former Kuhn's Hardware in Toronto for 2 years. Paul was a member of the Toronto High School Class of 1941, and is a member of the T.H.S. Alumni Assoc. Paul is a member of the Knights of Columbus Toronto Council #2187, a Past Grand Knight and District Deputy. Also a member of Council #6624 Kissimmee- St. Cloud Fl. A Member of 4th Degree Fr. General Bigelow #803 Assembly for 33 years. Paul has been a member of St. Francis Roman Catholic Church in Toronto for 57 years, and served his country in W.W. II As a Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. Paul is survived by; His Wife of 56 years, Grace Szuch Quinlan, whom he married on Aug. 16, 1947, Daughters; Elaine High of Weirton, Nancy (Doug) Morgan of Canal Fulton, Ohio, Jennifer (Joe ) Keenan of Port Orange, Fl., and Son; Doug ( Cindy ) Quinlan of Toronto. Grandchildren; Jeff and Merdith High, Carrie and Adam Quinlan,Ashley, Lindsay, and Courtney Morgan, Hailey and Bethany Keenan; and one future Great-Grandchild. Paul also is survived by; a Sister;Norine Dickey of Glendale, Az., a Brother; Bernard Quinlan of E. Liverpool, Ohio and Brother-in-Law and Sister-in-Law Joe and Myrtle Szuch of Weirton. Friends and Family may call on Wednesday Evening from 7- 9 pm. and on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto; where Blessing Services will be held on Friday MorningAt 9:30 am. , followed by Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 10:00 am. At St. Francis Catholic Church on Findley St. in Toronto. Msgr. Kurt Kemo will be the Celebrant and Entombment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Steubenville. Knights of Columbus Rosary Service will be Thursday Afternoon at 3:00 pm. And the Vigil Service will be on Thursday Evening at 7:30 pm.
