Paul Edward Skaggs, 79, of Piney Fork, OH, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021 in the Carriage Inn of Steubenville, OH.

Paul was born July 14, 1942 in Morristown, OH, son of the late Harold and Mabel (McKelvey) Skaggs.

He started his career in the coal mines and later worked for the Smithfield Twp Garage. Paul was a member of the Plum Run Community Church.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his half-sister, Sandy Brown.

Paul is survived by Martha Joyce Skaggs; his daughter, Sandy (Todd) Argentine of Richmond, OH and son, Paul (Jennie) Skaggs of New Cumberland, WV; stepson Kevin (Jennifer) Costlow of St. Clairsville, OH and stepdaughter Lori (Tom) Brown of Dillonvale, OH; brother, Bobby (Irene) Skaggs; half-sister, Vicky (Dan) Smith; half-brothers, Wendell Eugene (Norma) Brown; Ricky (Carolyn) Brown, and Randy (Sally) Brown; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and his beloved shih tzu Dusty.
