Pearl D. Swick, 94, of Westerville, OH, formerly of Toronto, OH, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013 in the Village at Westerville Retirement Center.Pearl was born Oct. 25, 1918 in Stratton, OH, daughter of the late Nicholas and Anastasia Segda Zelasko. Pearl was a homemaker and an active member of St. Francis Roman Catholic Church in Toronto. In addition to her parents, Pearl was preceded in death by her husband Steve W. Swick in 2006; four brothers and three sisters. Surviving are her son William "Bill" (Maggie) Swick of Toronto, OH; her daughters Ann Rita (Jim) Patton of Westerville, OH and Suzy (Bruce) Horowitz of San Rafael, CA; her sister Helen Choma of Toronto, 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.Visitation will be held on Sunday evening from 5 - 7 pm at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 701 Findley St. in Toronto, OH. Visitation will take place Monday at St. Francis Church from 9:15 am til time of Pearl's Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 10am.
