Pamela Sue Penny (Chidester) Dickinson, 73, of East Liverpool, OH, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at her home.

Penny was born December 26, 1948, in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Robert and Jessie Pete (Swearingen) Chidester.

Penny was retired from the Trinity Health System, in Steubenville, where she worked as an Administrator. She was also a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Toronto.

In addition to her parents, Penny was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Chidester.

Penny leaves behind her husband, Glenn W. Dickinson, whom she married June 7, 1969; son, GR (Jenny) Dickinson of Toronto, OH, daughters, Meredith (Bob) Sweeney of Delaware, OH, and Andrea (Jeremy) Corbisello, of Salem, OH; seven grandchildren, Madison, Jackson, Olivia, Wilson, Nolan, Russ, and Josey.

Services for Penny are private, and burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
