Obituary
Phillip R. Maderia, 71, of Smithfield, OH, passed away Sunday July 25, 2021, at his home.
Phillip was born on July 25, 1950, in Martins Ferry, OH, son of the late William and Minnie (Saiter) Maderia.
He was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp, 80-Inch Mill in Mingo. Phillip was a member of the Smithfield Masonic Lodge #182 F&AM. He lived for and enjoyed his eight grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Phillip was preceded in death by his sister, Laurel Maderia.
Surviving are three sons, Joshua R. (Leeann Butera) Maderia, Phillip N. (Jessica Gregor) Maderia and Matthew (Marina) Maderia all of Smithfield; sister, Debbie Staats of Orrville, OH; brother, Doug (Carolyn) Maderia of Dillonvale, OH; eight grandchildren, Seth, Braxtin, Arrow, Addy Jo, Laney, Mayson, Luca and Alia.
Phillips wishes were to be cremated, with no services observed. His arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH. www.jefosterfh.com
