Phillip J. Mattucci, Jr., 65, of Wintersville, OH, passed away Friday, June 27, 2025, at his home.

Phillip was born February 9, 1960, in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Phillip Sr., and Helen (Smith) Mattucci. He was also preceded in death by his aunt and uncle, who helped raise him, Jack and Jean De Bellis, and aunts, Donna Smarrella and Connie Krysiak.

He loved to travel around to local flea markets, where he would set up shop and sell his merchandise. Phillip also had a love for cats and soda pop, his absolute favorite being Dr. Pepper.

He leaves behind his uncle, Frank De Bellis of Cincinnati, OH, and many cousins including, Lisa & Michael Biasi of Steubenville, John & Dawn De Bellis of Indianapolis, IN, Karen & Paul Vahalik of Perrysburg, OH, Debbie & John Colangelo of Canton, OH, and Pam & Joe Walker of Mosely, VA.

Services for Phillip are private and in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Following his cremation, Phillip will be laid to rest with his parents in the Mount Calvary Cemetery in Steubenville.
