Phillip J. Putnam, Sr., 57 of Mingo Jct., OH, passed away Friday, Nov. 6, 2020 in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

Phil was born Dec. 20, 1962 in Steubenville, son of the late Roy L. and Cora E. (Goddard) Putnam. He was also preceded by his brother, Norman.

He was a 1982 grad of Toronto High School and has been working many years with Apollo Restoration in Wintersville, OH.

Phil is survived by his son, Phillip PJ (Abby) Putnam, Jr. of Toronto; his two sisters, Marti Hockenberry of Mingo Jct. and Karen Kay Bigler of Scottsboro, AL and multiple close nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday, Nov. 14 from 2 PM to 5 PM at the Scaffidis Restaurant Banquet Room in Steubenville. Arrangements for Phil are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
