Phyllis V. (Kuhn) Zeigler, 83, of Toronto, OH, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019 in the Valley Hospice Care Center in Steubenville, OH.

Phyllis was born March 8, 1936 in Toronto, daughter of the late Earl and Marion (Fullerton) Kuhn.

She was a homemaker and a member of the St. Francis Catholic Church in Toronto.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by Charles R. Zeigler, Sr., the father of her children.

Phyllis leaves behind her children, Edward (Vickie) Zeigler, Jeanette (Jay) Richardson, Clint Zeigler, Robert Zeigler and Charles R. Zeigler, Jr. all of Toronto, OH, her sister Louise Petrozzi of St. Clairsville, OH, her brother Richard Kuhn of Toronto, her 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held Thursday, March 28 at 10:30 am at St. Francis Church in Toronto. Fr. Thomas Vennitti will celebrate and burial will follow in Toronto Union Cemetery. There will be an hour of visitation in the rear of the church from 9:30 am - 10:30 am.
