Ralph E. Keeder, 67, of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday, November 10, 2008 in Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH. Ralph was born June 25, 1941 in Toronto, OH, son of the late Truman L. and Josephine (Martin) Keeder. Ralph was a member of the Holy Transfiguration Orthodox Church in Steubenville; he was also a member of the Steubenville Masonic Lodge #45 F and Am. Ralph was retired from Snyder's Distribution where he was a manager with 30 years of service; he also retired from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Dept. in 2004 where he worked as a Deputy. Ralph was also a Sgt. for Cross Creek Twp. Police and worked briefly for the formerJ&J Auto in Toronto.Ralph is survived by his wife of 47 years, Kathryn E. 'Kay' (Kutchmark) Keeder of home; his daughter Kim Wagenhofer of Tampa, FL; his son R. Edward (Penny) Keeder II. of Steubenville, OH; his adopted son Ken (Cindy) Wagenhofer of Land O' Lakes, FL; his three grandchildren; his sister Patricia (Joseph) Grzymala of Salineville, OH. Ralph is also survived by two brother-in-laws, David (Kitty) Kutchmark of Toronto and Don Kutchmark of Youngsville, NC and 1 niece and 3 nephews. Visitation for Ralph will be held on Thursday, November 13 from 12-8pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home 701 Findley St. in Toronto, OH. Ralph's funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with the Rev. Fr. John Kopcka officiating. Burial will follow in Sugar Grove Cemetery outside of Empire, OH.Parastas Services Thursday afternoon at 4:30 PM.
