Ralph J. Noonan, 50, of Toronto, OH, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021 in the Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

Ralph was born August 8, 1970 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Ralph T. and Darlene M. (Miller) Noonan.

He was a 1988 graduate of Toronto High School. Ralph later received a bachelors degree from Youngstown State University. He was a former accountant with Perry and Associates CPAs in Wheeling, WV. Ralph was Catholic by faith.

Ralph leaves behind his son, Zachary Noonan, of Richmond, OH; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation for Ralph will be held Friday, Feb. 26 from 12 noon to 1 PM followed by his funeral service at 1 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. Fr. Thomas Vennitti will officiate, and burial will follow in Toronto Union Cemetery. www.jefosterfh.com
