Randal W. "Randy" Peckens, 60, of Steubenville, OH, passed away Friday, January 21, 2011 in Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH. Randy was born September 18, 1950 in Toronto, OH, son of the late Dwight and Lucy (Dent) Peckens. Randy was retired from Wojanis Supply Company in Pittsburgh, PA and he was an avid Cleveland Browns fan.In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by two infant brothers, Jimmy and Richard.Randy is survived by his wife, Lillian A. (Mazzei) Peckens of home; three daughters, Randi Jean Peckens Gotschall of Weirton, WV, Jennifer and her husband James Firm of Bryan, OH and Colleen Peckens of Columbus, OH; his son Brian and his wife Becca Peckens of Columbus, OH; his step-daughter Brandi Koontz and her fiancAC. Damon Reed of Steubenville, OH; two brothers, Wayne and his wife LouAnn Peckens, Tim and his wife Pauline Peckens both of Toronto, OH; two sisters, Janice and her husband Clarence Galleher of Breman, OH and Becky Utta of Steubenville, OH. Randy is also survived by his seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.Visitation for Randy will be held on Monday, January 24 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. Services for Randy and his burial will be held privately at the convenience of his family. Memorial donations may be made in Randy's memory to Valley Hospice.
