Randy L. Westbrook, Sr., 78, of Empire, OH, passed away Tuesday Aug. 12, 2025, in the Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

Randy was born April 24, 1947, in East Liverpool, OH, son of the late Dewey and Delores (Boughner) Westbrook, Jr. He was also preceded in death by his brother Larry.

Randy retired from Richmond Mills Anthony Mining, where he worked as a truck driver. He was a Veteran of the US Air Force, having served during the Vietnam War.

Surviving is his wife of 58 years, Carol (Welday) Westbrook, whom he married May 19, 1967; daughter, Tessa Westbrook of Irondale, OH; two sons, Randy L. (Rachel) Westbrook, Jr. and Chris (Liz) Westbrook both of Empire; sister, Lorie Westbrook also of Empire; brothers, John Westbrook of Toronto, OH, Charles Westbrook of Empire and Dewey (Joann) Westbrook, III of Toronto; grandchildren, Ashlee (Patrick) Stine, Kayleigh (Nick) Fisher, Hallie and Memphis Westbrook; great-grandchildren, Riley and Gwendolyn Stine; his faithful companion, his dog Marshall, and several nieces and nephews.

Following Randy's wishes he will be cremated. His family will be planning a memorial gathering. Arrangements for Randy are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
