Richard M. "Dick" Hughes, 72, of Toronto, OH, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010 in the West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.Dick was born on July 17, 1938 in Toronto, OH, son of the late Clifford and Florence (Morgan) Hughes. Dick was also preceded in death by his sister Jane Hughes.Dick was retired from the Weirton Steel Corp., where he worked as a welder in the sheet metal shop. He was a member of the Steubenville Beagle Club; Steubenville Rifle and Pistol Club; Toronto American Legion and the Toronto VFW. Dick served his country in the US Army for 3 years during the Vietnam Era serving 3 months of that time in Germany.Dick is survived by his two brothers, Lurk of Toronto and Bob Hughes of Wintersville, OH; an aunt Jean Orsini of Toronto; two nieces, two nephews and 2 great nieces and 1 great nephew.Dick arrangements were handled by the J.E.
