Richard A. Monigold, Jr., 60, of Bloomingdale, OH, passed away Sunday Nov. 7, 2021, at his home.

Rich was born July 4, 1961, in Steubenville, OH, son of Cathy M. (Prokop) Monigold, and the late Richard A. Monigold, Sr.

Rich was an equipment operator with the Ohio Dept. of Transportation, and he was also the owner-operator of Monigold Excavating. He also loved to hunt and ride his Harley.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Monica L. (Felix) Monigold, whom he married Oct. 7, 1989; his mother, Cathy Monigold, and his brother, Michael Monigold both of Steubenville.

Visitation will be held Saturday Nov. 13, 2021, from 12 noon to 3 pm followed by his funeral service at 3 at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home 701 Findley St. in Toronto, OH. Rev. William Hibbs will officiate his service.
