Richard E. "Dick" Myers70,of Toronto, Ohio passed away ThursdayMarch 2, 2006 inU.P.M.PresbyterianHospital in Pittsburgh, Pa.Dick was born Oct. 13, 1935 in Akron, Ohio, son of the late Theodore and Elizabeth Owens Myers. He was a retired saw operator at Titanium Metals Corp. in Toronto, working there for over 40 years. He was a member of the 1st. United Methodist Church in Toronto, a 1955 graduate of Toronto High School, he loved fishing, golfing, hunting, was a former coach for the Toronto girls softball league. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed following his grandchildren through all of their sports activities.In addition to his parents Dick was preceded in death by; two sisters, Betty Howald and June Holmes.Surviving are his wife Shirley (Foster) Myers, whom he married on July 9, 1955. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this passed year, three daughters; Sherri (Greg) Antinone of Steubenville, Kim (Mark) Coburn and Terri ( Tom) Horne all of Toronto.Six grandchildren; Rich (Amanda) Coburn of Toronto, Dan and Joey Antinone of Steubenville, Matt, Christa, and Cari Horne of Toronto.He is also survived by Sisters-in-law and Brothers-in-law and their families.Friends and family may call on Saturday evening from 7-9 pm. and on Sunday from 12 noon to 2:00pm. and 6-8 pm. at the J. E. FOSTER FUNERAL HOMES, INC. 701 Findley St.Toronto; where funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:00 am.Rev.
