Richard W. Roush, 78, of Toronto, OH, passed away at his home on Monday Aug. 3, 2026.

Rich was born on Dec. 13, 1947, in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Nathan and Sarah (Riley) Roush.

Rich retired from Weirton Wholesale Co., where he worked as a warehouse manager. He had previously worked at Nation Vending Co. in Steubenville and Steubenville Fruit Co. He was also an independent photographer and a member of the Tri-State Camera Club.

Rich was a 1965 graduate of Steubenville Big Red High School and the University of Steubenville.

In addition to his parents, Rich was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Roush, and his nephew, Gary Roush.

He is survived by his wife, Becky (Evans) Roush, who together recently celebrated 55 years of marriage having tied the knot on July 31, 1971; nephew, Scott (Carrie) Roush of Haydenville, OH, and niece, Sarah (Joseph) Grate of Lancaster, OH.

Visitation will be held on Saturday Aug. 8 from 2-4 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Rich’s burial will be held at the convenience of his family.
