Richard Chase Dickie Waggoner, 65, of New Somerset, OH, passed away Mon., Dec. 04, 2017 in Trinity West in Steubenville, OH.

Dickie was born April 25, 1952 in Steubenville, son of the late Charles and Sara (Arnold) Waggoner.

He was retired from Valley Converting in Toronto and he was a 1970 graduate of Stanton High School.

In addition to his parents, Dickie was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Waggoner who passed in 2008.

Dickie leaves behind his son, Chase (Angel) Waggoner of Toronto, daughter, Carrie (Doug) Schultz of Pickerington, OH and his son, Charlie (Heather) Waggoner of Toronto; his four brothers, Robert Butch (Ban), Edward Bugger (Nancy), Kenneth Kenny (Lynn) and David Coop (Vickie); his two aunts, Lois Hall and Sally Holland; his uncle Oliver Pickles (Sug) Waggoner; his three grandchildren, Madalyn and Peyton Schultz and Clegg Waggoner.

Visitation for Dickie will be held Thursday, Dec. 7 from 4-7 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. His funeral service will be Friday at 11 am at the funeral home. Pastor Bob Welch will officiate and burial will follow in Sugar Grove Cemetery. www.jefosterfh.com
