Rita May (Swearingen) Chichilo, 85, formerly of Toronto, OH passed away Thursday, February 11, 2010 at her home in Bradenton, FL.Rita was born November 12, 1924 in McDonald, PA, daughter of the late William and Gertrude Kaufman. In addition to her parents, Rita was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Richard J. Swearingen; her infant daughter Sharon Ann; her brother John and sisters Mary, Gertrude, Margaret and Bebe.Rita is survived by her husband, Donald Chichilo also formerly of Toronto, OH residing in Bradenton, FL whom were married on Dec. 29, 1994; her three sons, Richard (Robin) Swearingen of Madison, OH, William (Linda) Swearingen of Wellsville, OH, and Kenneth (De) Swearingen of Irondale, OH; her two sisters, Clara Childers and Helen Losey both of Wintersville, OH. Rita is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation for Rita will be held on Thursday, Feb. 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH where her funeral service will be held on Friday at 11am with Rev. Ricky Riggs officiating. Burial will follow in Toronto Union Cemetery.
