Robert H. "Bobby" Barnes, 55, of Toronto, Ohio passed away Saturday Feb. 7, 2009 at his home of natural causes. Bob was born Sept. 25, 1953 in Steubenville, Ohio, son of the late Harold Richard "Hank" Barnes and Ruth Ann Campbell Devlin who survives. Bob was a retired millwright, employed at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. and presently was the owner operator of the Old Skool Pizza in Knoxville, Ohio. Bob is a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Toronto, where he was a passed board member, a member of the Steubenville Lions Club and he was past president of the Toronto Lions Club. Also a member of S.A.R., and a former member of the Knoxville Vol. Fire Dept.Surviving are his mother and step-father Ruth Ann (Jim) Devlin of Toronto, his step-mother Mary Ann Barnes of McMechen, W.Va., his two daughters, Lori (Dean) Schrank of Phoenix, AZ., and Sarah Barnes and her companion Darren Evans of Toronto. His brother Paul (Joann) Barnes of Toronto and his sister Sandy (Tim) Martinez of Denver, CO. Four grandchildren, Justice and Tre Ross, Leigh Schrank and Jordan Evens and another grandchild expected soon. Two nieces Anna Barnes of Toronto and Angie Barnes of Indiana, Pa. and one nephew Brian Barnes of Toronto.Friends and family may call on Tuesday evening from 6:00 pm. to 9:00 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto, Ohio; where Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday morning at 11:00 am. Rev. Michael Bongart will officiate his service and burial will be at the convenience of Bob's family. Lions Club Services will be held on Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm.
