Robert Conn Bell, Jr., 71, of Wintersville, OH, passed away Friday April 16, 2021 in the Trinity Medical Center West ER in Steubenville, OH.

Bob was born Feb. 20, 1950 in Steubenville, son of the late Robert Conn and Nettie Juvene (Sauvage) Bell.

Bob retired from Arcelor Mittal Steel Corp., Central Stores Dept., in 2012.

He was an avid golfer and a Pittsburgh Steeler and Penguins fan. He will be remembered by his family and friends as a kind, loving and generous man who was always willing to help his neighbors and friends and was always there for his family.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Robert H. Bell, sister Linda Keeder and his mother-in-law, Nancy Pozar.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Jamie Pozar Bell; daughter Gina Bell (Curtis Hogan) of Denham Springs, LA; sisters Jennifer (Troy) Giddens of Boynton Beach, FL and Janet (Bill) Barnett of Toronto, OH; brother Richard Bell of Lantana, FL; grandchildren Lexi Hogan, Austin Hogan and Tyler Hogan all of Denham Springs; brother-in-law James (Tammy) Pozar of Rayland, OH; sisters-in-law Rebecca (Roger) Crothers of Adena, OH and Marianne Duda of Smithfield, OH and many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements for Bob are in the care of J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH and a private graveside service will be held at a later date. www.jefosterfh.com
