Robert L. "Boobie" Clark, 63, of Toronto, OH, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2011 in the Acuity Specialty Hospital in Steubenville, OH.Robert was born on June 28, 1947 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Joel D. and Elizabeth (Kato) Clark.Robert was a member the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He was retired from the Plumber and Pipefitter's Local #490 and he loved to golf.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Dorothy.Surviving are Robert's two brothers, Mel Clark of Toronto, OH, and Chuck Clark; his two daughters, Joyce Ann (Jim) Doyle and Becky (Maurice) Pearson both of Steubenville, OH. Robert is also survived by 2 grandchildren.Visitation will be on Thursday at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 701 Findley St. Toronto from 4:00 pm. up to time of his service at 7:00 pm. Rev.
