Robert W. Hall, 33, of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2025, in the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH, surrounded by the love of his family.

Robert was born December 11, 1991, in Steubenville, OH, son of Robert K. and Willamina J. (Savinell) Hall.

Robert, a 2010 graduate of Edison Local High School, pursued a career as a free-lance web designer. He enjoyed gaming and he loved to fish. Robert was incredibly smart, quick-witted, and had a sense of humor that could lift the heaviness in the room. His ability to make people laugh – even on their hardest days – was one of the many gifts that made him unforgettable.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Robert O. Hall and his maternal grandparents, William and Vincenza Savinell.

In addition to his parents, Bob and Nina Hall, Robert is survived by his sister, Olivia Hall, paternal grandmother, Joyce I. Hall all of Toronto; fiancé, Jessica Taylor of Elizabeth City, NC, several aunts, uncles, cousins and his loving cats, Tigger, Minnie, and Binx.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, December 2, from 4 pm to 6 pm, at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. A Memorial Service for Robert, led by Fr. Thomas Vennitti, will begin at 6 pm following the visitation.
