Robert T. 'Bob' Neeper, 80, of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday, June 30, 2008 in Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.Bob was born on November 15, 1927 in Youngstown, OH, son of the late Robert W. and Iola (Davis) Neeper. Bob was an active member of the Allegheny Center Alliance Church of Pittsburgh, PA; retired from First Energy (Ohio Edison Co.) where he worked as a Coordinator in Personnel Relations; he also served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by two sisters, Florence Corkill and Iola Brown.Bob is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary Lou (Farrell), of home; his daughters, Lou Enn Fogle and Pat and Mike Halligan, all of Toronto; his sons, Joe and Sherry Neeper, of Toronto and Robert and Marion Neeper Jr., of Steubenville; his sister, Juanita Knuth of Salem, OH; his grandchildren, Jennifer Furbee, Eric Kutchmark, Mike and Matt Halligan, Melissa Trimmer, Megan and Justin Neeper, Tera Newbold and Amy Faulkner. Nephew Tom and Kathy Brown, Nieces Jan and Al Campbell and Marsha and Kenny Wilson. Bob is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren .Visitation for Bob will be held on Wednesday, July 2, from 2-4 and 7-9pm. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto, OH. Bob's funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3, at 11 am. at the funeral home with the Rev. Curt Watkins officiating. There will be full military honors presented at the funeral home at the conclusion of the service by the Toronto American Legion Post #86.
