Robert R. (McGoey) Rodger, 78, formerly of the Columbus and Logan, OH area, passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022, in the Sunny Slope Care Center in Bowerston, OH

Bob was born July 7, 1943, in Montpelier, VT, to Agnes (Lloyd) Rodger and William Rodger, along with his stepfather, Wilbur Bill McGoey.

In addition to his parents and stepfather, he was preceded in death by cousins, John L. Tuttle, Jr. (Ann) of Sanford, ME, and Richard Hatfield (Racquel) of Dover, NH and Safety Harbor, FL.

Bob retired from the Eddie Bauer Company. He was a 1962 graduate of Wells High School in Wells, ME, attended the Ohio State University and was a graduate of Ohio Dominican College. Bob was also a Veteran of the US Air Force having served during the Vietnam era.

Bob is survived by his former wife, Helen Sipos of Dillonvale, OH, cousins, Alicia (Sonny) McIntyre of Cape Neddick, ME, Judy Donnell of Marshfield, MA, James (Mihoko) Tuttle of Saipan (Mariana Islands), and Jane E. (Robert) Tuttle-Liston of Myrtle Beach, SC.

Bobs wishes were to be cremated and laid to rest with his parents in the New Town Cemetery in Rollinsford, NH. Local arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH. www.jefosterfh.com
