Robert E. Tharp, 62 of Steubenville, OH, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018 at his home.

Bob was born June 26, 1956 in Steubenville, son of the late Russell V. and Dorothy M. (Brown) Tharp.

He was retired from North American Aircraft Rockwell. He later went on to get his CDL and drive truck all over the country. Bob was a member of the Sons of the American Legion in Toronto Post #86 and the Toronto Eagles.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his half-sister, Kay Hildreth.

Bob leaves behind his wife, Kimberly A. (Wilkerson) Tharp; his two sons, Robert J. Tharp and Austin Tharp; his three daughters, Bobbi Sue Childress, Angela Marques and Amanda Tharp; his two sisters, Dianna Tharp and Cathy Tharp; his three brothers, Russell and Donald Tharp and several grandchildren.

Bobs wishes were to be cremated with no services observed. His arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
