Roberta J. (Kackley) Duvall, 72, of Rayland, OH passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at her son's residence in Bloomingdale, OH. Roberta was born February 7, 1936 in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Robert and Iris (Van Dyke) Kackley. Roberta was a member of the Smithfield Presbyterian Church; she was a 1954 graduate of Brilliant High School; she was a 1957 graduate of Ohio Valley General Hospital School of Nursing. Roberta was a former nurse for Bellaire City Hospital and she was retired from Trinity Medical Center West where she was a Nursing Supervisor.Roberta is survived by her husband William E. 'Bill' Duvall of home whom together they have been married for 51 years; her son MajorDaniel E. (Colleen) Duvall of Alexandria, VA; her son Robert E. (Sherry) Duvall of Bloomingdale, OH; her two grandchildren, Michael and Danielle; her sister Kaye Conti of Columbus, OH; her sister Bertha Kleineke of Rayland, OH; her brother John Kackley of Rayland, OH; her sister Margaret 'Peg' Decker of Rayland, OH; her brother Richard (Roxanne) Kackley of Rockbridge, OH. Roberta is also survived by several nieces and nephews.Visitation for Roberta will be held on Friday, November 14 from 1-3 and 6-9pm at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home Nightingale Chapel, 107 Hill St. in Smithfield, OH. Roberta's funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15 at 11:00 am at the Smithfield Presbyterian Church with the Rev.
