Rochelle R. Segle, 53, of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2023 in the Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV.

Rochelle was born December 8, 1969, in Orange County, CA, daughter of the late Lawrence Larry and Nancy (Heckman) McMichael.

She worked as a manager at several location businesses over the years including Sams Subs and Subway, both in Toronto.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Michelle McMichael.

Rochelle leaves behind her three daughters, Sarah Segle & Ryan Keener of Mingo Jct., OH, Diana Freeman and husband Jimmy of Toronto, and Lauren Segle-Bowers and husband Nate of Wintersville, OH; her husband and the father of her children, Byron Segle of Toronto; her granddaughter, Evelyn Keener.

Rochelles wishes were to be cremated with no services observed. Her arrangements and cremation are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
