Ronald E. Tucker, 65, of Smithfield, OH, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017 in the Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

Ron was born Dec. 4, 1951 in Steubenville, son of the late Marvin and Betty (Thress) Tucker.

He was a member of the Cadiz Community Church and a former remodeling contractor.

In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his brother, William Tucker.

Ron leaves behind his wife, Nancy L. (Saho) Tucker whom he married May 24, 1975; his two sons, Dustan (Valerie) Tucker of Smithfield and Ronald L. (Amy) Tucker of Wintersville, OH; three sisters, Karen (Tim) Randolph of Bloomingdale, OH, Lu (Don) Roe) of New Alexandria, OH and Helen (Roger) Randolph of AL; two brothers, Marvin (Mary Ellen) Tucker of TX and Lewis (Marilou) Tucker of New Cumberland, WV; five grandchildren, Cody, Jacob, Harleigh, Logan and Grayson.

Rons funeral service will be held on Friday, July 21 at 1 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH. There will be visitation on Friday from 11 am til the time of service at 1 pm. Jan Simpson will officiate the service and his burial will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Bloomingdale, OH.
