Rosalie Ann DeAngelis, 81, of Toronto, Ohio passed away Saturday May 1, 2010 in the Carriage Inn of Steubenville.Rosalie was born June 6, 1928 in Mt. Pleasant, Ohio, daughter of the late Wilbur and Mabel Snodgrass Welshans. She was a homemaker and along with her late husband Joseph, were the former owners of the former Toronto News Agency. She also work for a time in the Tin Mill at the W-P Steel Yorkville Plant. She is a member of the Dennis Way Church of Christ in Toronto. During her lifetime Rosalie would take in Foster children from time to time. In addition to her parents and her Husband Joseph who passed away in 2005, she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Franklin, Charles and George Welshans. Rosalie is survived by her daughter Marla (Bill) Flood of Toronto, Grandson Derek Flood and Granddaughter Lauren Flood both of Toronto. Two Sisters, LuLa Loper and Alice Riley both of Mt. Pleasant. Friends and family may call Monday from 5 " 8 pm, at the J.E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto; where Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am.
