Rose Fomenko,91,ofPiney Fork, Ohio passed away Friday Nov. 10, 2006 at her home. She was born Jan. 3, 1915 in Parlett, Ohio; daughter of the late Joseph and Marguerite Piccin DeNardi. Rose was a homemaker, a member of the Piney Fork Presbyterian Church, the Missionaries of the church, the Smithfield Sr. Citizens, and the Jefferson Soil and Water Ladies Aux. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Fomenko, who passed away on Nov. 6, 1990.Surviving are her children; Barbara (George) Harrah of Smithfield, Sharon Gump of Freeport, Ohio; Jeff (Carol) Fomenko of Bloomingdale, her sister Emma Fanchini of Piney Fork, with whom she resided, 8 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren. Friends and family may call on Sunday at the Piney Fork Presbyterian Church from 1:00pm. til 3:00pm. and from 6:00pm. til 8:00 pm. Rose's Funeral Service will be at the Church at 11:00am. on Monday.
