Roy E. Harden, 90, of Scio, OH, passed away Monday, May 2, 2010 in the Laurels Nursing Home in Steubenville, OH.Roy was born May 1, 1920 in Simms, TX, son of the late C. W. and Margaret (Peters) Harden.Roy was a retired conductor with the Con-Rail Railroad and also a U.S. Veteran having served his country during WWII in the Navy.In addition to his parents, Roy was preceded in death by two sons, Charles and Albert Louis Kakascik.Roy is survived by his wife, Mildred Eileen Harden, brother Ray Harden of TX, two sons, William Kakascik (Janet) of Toronto, OH, Robert (Sharol) Kakascik of Canton, OH, two daughter in laws, Lola Kakascik Swanagan of Toronto, OH and Jolene Kakascik of Blufton, SC; his grandchildren, Michelle, Albert, Kimberly, Dina, Robin, Cindy, Dani, Kevin and Kacy; and several great-grandchildren.Roy's arrangements were handled by the J.E.
