Russell William Laibach Sr., 70, of Toronto, Ohio passed away Friday Nov. 23, 2012 in Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville.Russell was born Nov. 29, 1941 in Toronto, son of the late Harold Russell and Vivian Eileen Scott Laibach. Russell was retired from Weirton Steel Corp., where he worked as a truck driver. Surviving are his children Angela "Angie" (Doug) Lucsko of Toronto, Russell W. (Leslie) Laibach Jr., of Weirton and Rebecca (Dwane) Matthews of Westlake, LA. 2- Step-children, John (Julie) McDevitt of Columbus and Timothy (Crystal) McDevitt of Pataskala, Ohio. 10 Grandchildren. Following Russell's wishes there will be no visitation or service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
