A graveside inurnment service for Ruth Losey, age 85, of Newark, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 23, at Knoxville Cemetery, Knoxville, Ohio with Rev. Carol Smith officiating.Mrs. Losey died September 19, 2006 at Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark. She was born August 2, 1920 in Knoxville, Ohio to the late Thomas Gladden and Nellie (Wilson) Warren.Mrs. Losey was a graduate of Ohio University and was a school teacher for 37 years. She was a lifetime member of the Presbyterian church and was also a member of the Retired Teachers Association. Ruth loved her family and friends dearly. She also loved to travel, spending her winters in Mesa, Arizona.She is survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Losey; by four brothers, Gladden, Thomas, Calvin and Dean Warren; and two sisters, Elda Nelson and Betty Gray.J.E.
