Ryan C. Phillips, 35, of Toronto, OH, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, October 1, 2020 at his home.

Ryan was born June 24, 1985 in Pittsburgh, PA, son of Daniel W. Phillips and Kelly L. (Thompson) Powell.

He worked in the Forge Dept. at Timet-Titanium Metals in Toronto. Ryan was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Toronto; he was a 2004 graduate of Toronto High School and Presbyterian by faith.

Ryan was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jerome Thompson and his paternal grandfather, George Phillips.

Ryan was a loving son, brother and uncle and he leaves behind his mother, Kelly (Howard) Powell of Toronto; his father, Dan (Cheryl) Phillips of Steubenville; his sister, Dana (Josh) Troski and his nephew and niece, Logan and Quinn of Toronto; his maternal grandmother, Karen Thompson of Toronto; his paternal grandmother, Frances Phillips of Steubenville; his companion, Amber Hoover of Toronto, several loving aunts, uncles and cousins and his dog, Remmy.

Family and friends will be received Sunday, October 4 from 1 PM to 5 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. His burial will be held at the convenience of his family.
