Sandra "Kay" Irwin, 66, of Toronto, Ohio passed away Thursday May 21, 2009 in the Acuity Specialty Hospital of Ohio in Steubenville.Kay was born Aug. 11, 1942 in Toronto, daughter of the late George W. and Catherine Waggoner Reynolds. Kay was a retired Account Clerk with the Jefferson County Dept. of Jobs and Family Services in Steubenville. She was a member of the 1st. United Methodist Church in Toronto, where she was a former board member and she served on the counting committee. She was an active member of the Toronto Sunrise Senior Citizens Club, the Gadabouts, was a former member of the Toronto Board of Education, a member of the Toronto Alumni Assoc. and the Toronto Eastern Stars. Kay loved to Dance and Play cards.In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by three brothers, Raymond, Robert, and Danny Lee and by two sisters, infant sister Geraldine and Betty Lucenti. Surviving are her husband Dale, whom she married on Aug. 11, 1962, three sons, Shawn (Valerie) Irwin of Toronto, Scott (Martha) Irwin of Memphis, TN., and Darren Irwin of Cleveland. Two Grandchildren Haylee and Ryley. One sister Garnet "Garnie" Lanthier of Toronto and her beloved dogs Kassie and Brady.Friends and family may call on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto; where Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 am. Rev.
