Sandra L. (Williams) Staymate, 66, of Rayland, OH, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2026, at her home.

Sandy was born on October 7, 1959, in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Alva and Iza (Taggart) Williams. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Staymate, who passed on October 11, 2025, and two brothers, Jonathan and Samuel Williams.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Plum Run Church of Christ in Christian Union.

Surviving is her daughter, Sara (Chad) Logsdon of Steubenville, OH; three grandchildren, William Keller of Steubenville, Johnathan Keller of East Springfield, OH, and Tyler Benson Logsdon of Steubenville; two brothers, David (Ruth) Williams of Rayland, OH, and Marty Williams of Delaware.

In following Sandy’s wishes, she will be cremated with no services observed. Her arrangements are in the care of J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH.
