Sara Jane Sally Holland, 93, of Toronto, OH, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2022, in the Stone Pear Pavilion in Chester, WV.

Sally was born October 7, 1928, in Empire, OH, daughter of the late Charles and Jane (Knight) Waggoner.

She was retired from the Edison Local School District where she worked as a Cook in the Irondale Elementary School. Sally was a 1947 graduate of Toronto High School. Her memberships included the Sugar Grove United Methodist Church, Toronto Sunrise Seniors, and the Toronto Eastern Stars, where she had earned her 60-year membership pin.

In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil E. Holland (1997); siblings, Edna Skinner Glasure, Clara Dennis, Dolly Colvin, Olive Waggoner, Arthur, David, Charles, Ralph, Wilbur, and Oliver Waggoner, and two infant baby brothers.

Sally leaves behind two sons, Thomas (Kathi) Holland of Sebring, FL, Robert (Jana) Holland of Toronto, and daughter, Janie (Mark Scotty) Scott of E. Liverpool, OH; brother-in-law, Ronald Holland of Irondale, OH; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 6 from 10 am to 2 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. Sallys funeral service will begin at 2 pm and burial will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery in Toronto. www.jefosterfh.com
