Sheila Jean (Hennen) Parks, 78 of Steubenville, OH, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025, in the Valley Hospice Care Center in Steubenville.

Sheila was born February 3, 1947, in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Elmer and Ruth (McMahon) Hennen. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ken Parks.

She was a respiratory therapy aide at the former Ohio Valley Hospital in Steubenville for 22 years.

Surviving is her daughter, Jennifer (Bill) McClintock of Grafton, OH; brother, Edward (Linda) Hennen of Amsterdam, OH; special friend, Bob Shumard of Toronto, OH, and her extended family and friends.

Sheila requested cremation with no public services observed. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jefferson County Humane Society or Valley Hospice, Inc.
