Shirley A. Carpenter, 83, of Dillonvale, OH (Bradley) passed away at her home on Monday July 30, 2018.

Shirley was born Jan. 4, 1935 in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Albert and Lillian (Millison) Prager.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Friends Church in Smithfield, OH.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Andrew in 1999, her brother Pat and her sisters, Alberta, Martha and Betty.

She is survived by her children, Andrea (husband William) Opie of Rockaway Beach, Missouri, Sherl Carpenter of Smithfield, Ohio, Susie Cutri of Mingo Junction, Ohio, Jody (husband Joe) Roberts of San Antonio, Texas, Sherman Carpenter of Mingo Junction, Ohio, Michael (wife Pam) Carpenter of Lockwood, Missouri and Kristi (husband Stephen) Cochran of Smithfield, Ohio; 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren; her brother, Glenn Prager of Wheeling, WV; her niece Sandra Kubat of Ohio and MANY other loved nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sat. Aug. 4, 2018 at 2 pm at the Friends Church in Smithfield, OH. Mark Carpino will officiate the service. Shirleys arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH.
