Shirley J. Myers, 72, of Toronto, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2008 in UPMC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Shirley was born September 21, 1935 in East Liverpool, OH, daughter of the late George and Edna (Walton) Foster. Shirley was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Toronto and she was involved in the Toronto Girls Softball Organization for over 10 years. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Richard 'Dick' Myers who passed away in 2006, they were wed on July 9, 1955. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Owen, Barb Myers and Eileen Porstmann; two brothers, George 'Bud' Jr. and David Foster. Shirley is survived by her three daughters, Sherri and her husband Greg Antinone of Steubenville, Kim and her husband Mark Coburn of Toronto and Terri and her husband Tom Horne also of Toronto; one sister, Gloria (Bill) Brown; two brothers, Lyle (Graceann) Foster and Don (Barb) Foster all of East Liverpool, OH. Shirley is also survived by her six grandchildren, Richard (Amanda) Coburn, Dan and Joe Antinone, Matt, Christa and Cari Horne. Visitation for Shirley will be held on Wednesday evening from 7-9pm and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Shirley's funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9 at 11am at the funeral home with the Rev. Kevin Rinkes officiating. Burial will follow in Toronto Union Cemetery.
