Shirley M. (Roth) Rawson, 80, of Wintersville, OH, formerly of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2021, in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

Shirley was born on May 26, 1941, in Toronto, daughter of the late John and Myrtle (Shipley) Roth.

She was retired from the State of Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles Dept. in Steubenville.

Shirley was a 1959 graduate of Toronto High School. She enjoyed line dancing, walking in her neighborhood, bowling, playing cards with family, working in her yard and gardening.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Philip E. Rawson, sister Betty L. Leasure, and three brothers, John J. Jr., Russell R., and Earl J. Roth.

Surviving are her two sons, Tim (Tina) Rawson of Steubenville and Gary (Jennifer) Rawson of Toronto; four grandchildren, Allison, Alex, Kevin and Phillip.

Shirleys wishes were to be cremated, with no services observed. Her arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
