Stacy Nicole Nagy, affectionately known as “Nikki,” of Steubenville, OH, died at age 50 on November 1, 2026, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, due to medical complications after a recent surgery.

Born February 6, 1976, in Steubenville, Stacy was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose life touched the hearts of those who knew her.

She will be remembered for her kind heart, her ability to see the good in every person, and the bravery and strength she showed throughout her life

She is survived by her children, Timothy Crossley, Emily (Matt) Furda, and Madison Keaton; grandson, Kyzar Hannah; mother, Lee Miller; father, Rick Bell; siblings, Michelle Bell (Jason Devore), Jenna Miller, Ricky Bell, and Krissy Rexrode; nephew Izel Cooper, niece Vayla Rose, and great-niece, Hensley Martin.

Stacy was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Nagy, and grandparents, Myrl and Betty Gotschall.

Her memory will live on through the family she loved, the lives she touched, and the memories that will never be forgotten.

Her life will be celebrated privately with close family and friends.
