Stanley P. Krulcik, 89, of Dillonvale, OH, passed away Saturday July 30, 2016 in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

Stanley was born March 22, 1927 in Piney Fork, OH, son the late Joseph and Rose (Davitts) Krulcik.

He was retired from Weirton Steel Corp. where he worked on the rigging gang. He was a member of St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Dillonvale and the Piney Fork American Legion Post #735.

Stanley served his country during WWII in the U.S. Navy.

He was a loving and compassionate man that loved his wife and family. He was also proud of his flowers and his rock garden.

In addition to his parents, Stanley was preceded in death by his daughter, Tina, his son Daniel, his great-grandson Zack, his son-in-law Joe Claire; his three sisters, Rose Moore, Mary Erosevich and Katherine Cesario; his four brothers, Frank, Joe, Louis and John.

Stanley is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mary Frances (Curtis) Krulick, whom he married on May 14, 1949; his daughter, Lori Claire of Mauldin, SC; his son Ken and his wife Mara Krulcik of Dillonvale; his daughter-in-law Christine Krulcik of Martins Ferry, OH; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, Aug. 5, 2016 at 10 am at St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Dillonvale followed by his inurnment in Northern Cemetery in Smithfield, OH. Military honors will be provided by the Piney Fork American Legion at the cemetery following the mass. Arrangements for Stanley are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield.
