Steven Hubbard, 66, of Toronto, OH, passed away suddenly, Friday evening Feb. 16, 2024, in the Trinity Medical Center West ER in Steubenville, OH.

Steve was born August 19, 1957, in Toronto, son of the late William Miree and Dorothy Hubbard.

Steve retired from the city of Toronto, where he worked in the Sanitation and Maintenance Departments. He was also a member of the Toronto Fraternal Order of Eagles 1276 Aerie.

Steve was a Veteran of the US Army, having served for 11 years, with the rank of SGT as a Combat Engineer.

In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by three brothers, Mike and Keith Murry, and Roger Coker, and sister Joann Murry.

Surviving is his wife, Sharon M. (May) Hubbard; two sons, Steven J. Hubbard, and John M. Hubbard with daughter-in-law Aubrey Tharp, all of Toronto; several brothers and sisters and grandchildren, Tyree, Eli, Mazie, Ezekiel, Dax, and another grandson due in May.

Steves wishes were to be cremated. His family will be holding a gathering at the Toronto Eagles, 112 N. Fifth St., next Wednesday Feb. 28, from 2 pm to 6 pm. Anyone going is asked to please bring a food item.
