Terry L. Hess, 57, of Steubenville, OH, went to be with the Lord Friday, January 14, 2022, surrounded by her children.

Terry was born Jan. 13, 1965, in Steubenville, daughter of the late Michael and Carolyn (Jones) Willey.

She worked in the food industry until her retirement in 2010. Terry was a great friend to many. She loved a hot, black cup of coffee while sitting on the porch watching the world go by.

Terry is survived by her three children, John-Michael Mowry, Neysa-Nicole Hess, and Robert Sadler; two sisters, Tracey and Jaymee Willey; loving boyfriend, John Brown; ten grandchildren, Edward, Jayden, Grace, Kyleigh-Marie, Trenton, Mackenzie, De'mar, Av'ion, Teagan, and Trent; her two beloved dogs, Duke and Nova.

A Celebration of Life for Terry will be announced. Memorial donations may be directed to the Jefferson County Humane Society.
