Obituary
Terry Ray Richardson, Jr., 10 years old, of Steubenville, OH, passed away Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016 at his home as a result of a tragic house fire.
Terry Ray was born Nov. 4, 2005 in Beaver, PA, son of the late Debra A. (Shope) Freeman and Terry Ray Richardson, Sr. who survives.
He was currently enrolled in the fifth grade at Harding Middle School in Steubenville.
Terry Ray was one of four children. He is survived by his older sister and brother, Melinda Freeman and Christopher Freeman of Steubenville. Terry Rays youngest sister, Amber Renae Shope and his mother Debra, both also tragically passed away as a result of the house fire.
Everyone is invited to attend a Memorial Service for Debra, Terry and Amber on Friday, Nov. 4 at 2 pm at the Steubenville Urban Mission followed by a luncheon. Rev. Ashley Steele will Celebrate the service.
