Thelma Mae Conner Dunlap,90of Smithfield,Ohio passed away Friday Feb. 9, 2007 in TrinityMedicalCenter West. She was born July 20, 1916 in Windridge, Pa., daughter of the late James and Jessie Thomas Yoder.Thelma was a retired Ward Helper from the former OhioValleyHospital in Steubenville. She is a member of the Brilliant Christian Church, Smithfield Senior Citizens, Smithfield E-squad Auxiliary, and the Smithfield Democratic Women's Club. In addition to her parents, Thelma was preceded in death by her 1st. husband Joseph B. Conner 1966, also by her 2nd. husband Charles Dunlap 1981, by her daughter Maxine Higgs, five brothers and two sisters.Surviving are; her son Joseph E. Conner of Rockford, Ill., four daughters; Helena (Richard) Reed of MuldrowOkla., Jean (Dean) Reed of Rayland, Rose Cowan of Van Buren, AK., and Virginia Plank of Muldrow, Okla. 26 Grandchildren, 40 Great-Grandchildren, and 8 Great-Great-Grandchilden.
