Obituary
Thomas R. Blaschak, 68, of Columbus, OH, formerly of E. Liverpool, OH, passed away Dec. 27, 2014 in Mt. Carmel Medical Center West in Columbus.
Tom was born April 5, 1946 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Pete and Helen Leonard Blaschak.
He was retired from Ohio Edison (First Energy) Corp., where he worked in the Training Dept.
Tom served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and he was a member of the V.F.W. and the American Legion Posts in Columbus.
Surviving is his daughter, Krissy Blaschak of Columbus, OH and his son Dave Jones of E. Liverpool, OH.
A graveside inurnment service will be held on Monday April 6, 2015 at Sugar Grove Cemetery, near Empire, OH. Rev. Kevin Rinkes will officiate his Service.
Military graveside honors will take place following the committal Service.
