Timothy S. Hannan, Sr., 59, of Irondale, OH, passed away Monday, April 8, 2024, in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

Tim was born September 25, 1964, in Steubenville, son of the late James R. "Patsy" Hannan, Sr. and Alice G. "Gerri" (McTheny) Hannan.

Tim retired from the Carpenters Union in Steubenville, Local #186. During his working career he spent a lot of time in all the local mills and on various construction sites with his Union Brothers.

He was a graduate of Stanton High School. Tim enjoyed fishing the local creeks and Ohio River, riding 4-wheelers, taking the dogs out for a run, and spending precious time with his grandkids.

In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by sisters, Mary Beth Board and Kathy Hale, and nieces, Jenny Hannan and Kami Hannan Abdalla.

Tim leaves behind his wife, Michelle (Hupp) Hannan whom he married November 8, 1986; son, Timothy Hannan, Jr. of E. Liverpool, OH, daughter, Jessica (Wade) Smith of Hubbard, OH, and son, Jason Hannan (Nicole Talbert) also of E. Liverpool; two brothers, Jim (Paula) Hannan of Toronto, and Pat (Malinda) Hannan of Irondale; six grandchildren who referred to him as their "Pappy", Kallissa, Brayden, Rhyett, Halen, Lyric, Anessa, and one more on the way. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and friends who often referred to him as "House."

Visitation will be held Friday, April 12 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Tims funeral service will follow at 1 PM with Rev. Kevin Rinkes and burial will take place in the Sugar Grove Cemetery in Toronto.
